Sag Harbor Elementary celebrates 100 Days of School

Snow never bothered them anyway. Set to celebrate their 100th day of school on Valentine’s Day, there was a late start due to the snow but it did not damper the excitement of kindergarten students at Sag Harbor Elementary School.

In a presentation to their classmates, the youngest grade in the Sag Harbor Elementary School family sang songs that included counting to 100 and explained all they’ve learned so far. Wearing Valentine-themed decorated crowns, the students passed a microphone from peer to peer to explain how they’ve learned to do math in their minds, they’ve grown their brains and hearts, and are proud of completing 100 days of school.
