Throughout the day, students watched presentations by graduate, undergraduate, and high-school students, as well as postdoctoral fellows and staff scientists affiliated with Stony Brook University and Brookhaven National Laboratory. This year, the keynote speaker was Stony Brook University professor of chemistry, Dr. Robert B. Grubbs, who spoke on polymers and organic chemistry.
