Families with Children Already in District
- Log in to your Portal Account and click “Register a New Student”
Step 2: Required Documents

- New York State Home Language Questionnaire / Cuestionario del Idioma Nacional Del Estado De Nueva York
- Immunizations
- New Student Release of Information Form
