Pierson Physics and Astronomy Students Travel to NYC

Pierson students in Clint Shulman’s Physics and Astronomy class took an interactive trip to New York City to see the show “Worlds Beyond Earth.” The students visited the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History where they saw the show which included detailed and immersive scenes of our solar system drawn from real data. After the show, the students explored NYC. Together they visited Bryant Park for ice skating and Rockefeller Center to see the tree for a full day of learning and fun.
